Ceramic Media
ZIRSHOT® and ZIRBLAST® are a ceramic media and are good for various impact surface treatment processes, including cleaning, shot peening, peen-forming and stress relieving. They have outstanding impact and wear resistance and provide contamination-free surfaces. All sizes available are below 1mm.
Black Beauty
Black Beauty blasting abrasives are known for their high quality, low dusting and low free silica attributes. They are utilized in a wide range of industrial and commercial applications, including removal of surface coatings such as rust, paint and scale from a variety of substrates, especially structural steel and concrete. These structures include bridges, ships, water tanks, off-shore drilling rigs, oil field equipment, pipelines, marine equipment, railcars and steel machinery.
Baking Soda
Baking Soda is used to clean, de-grease, remove contaminants, burnt on carbon, paint, fire damage and mold remediation from a wide variety of substrates including steel, lead, aluminum, alloys, plastics, rubbers, composites and masonry materials. Baking soda is also environmentally friendly and soluble.
Aluminum Oxide
Brown Aluminum Oxide is designed for the pressure blasting of materials of almost every type, including: glass, granite, marble, and ceramic and it is also used for the preparation of surfaces prior to painting or bonding; as well as for light deburring, scale removal, and the generation of matte finishes. Our brown aluminum oxide is made into many shapes and grit sizes ranging from macrogrits to microgrits and powders. It is available in standard grit and powder sizes and can also be made to individual specifications.
White Aluminum Oxide is a friable, high purity, medium density abrasive. It is designed for general industrial use in operations such as lapping, polishing, refractory coating for investment cast shells, decorative non-skid tile, and pressure blasting. It is used where a high purity and/or highly friable abrasive is desired.
